Backstory

Munn grew up as a messenger between merchant caravans, learning to read people as easily as roads. When the Silverhand Collective recruited him five years ago, they promised him a chance to fight for the voiceless—and he believed them. Now, days before the Starfall, Munn finds himself questioning whether revolution justifies the darkness he's been asked to commit. He carries secrets that could topple House Valorian and intelligence that could expose Malachai's infiltration of the Church. But he also carries doubt: a growing suspicion that the Collective's true plan for the Starfall ritual is far more sinister than he was told.
