About this adventure

In a world where goblins are feared as cruel and savage creatures, Gnorb represents an anomaly—beautiful, kind-hearted, and touched by rare butterfly magic that marks him as a blessing rather than a curse. His very existence challenges the brutal hierarchy of goblin society, making him a pariah among his own kind at the Gnarled Root, a sprawling underground mound where goblin clans have dwelt for centuries. Ostracized and yearning for belonging, Gnorb ventures into the wider world..

Prologue

Beneath the gnarled roots of the world, a darkness festers. Goblin society, built on brutality and fear, has long thrived in the shadows, untouched by kindness or light. But a shift is coming; whispers carried on the wind speak of a magic twisted, an imbalance that threatens to unravel the very fabric of existence. Far above, in the shimmering city of Aethelgard, the sky weeps arcane tears. The elegant spires, once beacons of hope, now crackle with an unstable energy. A choice must be made: succumb to the encroaching chaos, or rise against it – though the path to salvation remains shrouded in doubt.
