Backstory

Dach is a former corporate security analyst who defected to independent salvage work after witnessing cover-ups at three different megacorporations. His left arm is a military-grade prosthetic with integrated diagnostics—a souvenir from a station collapse he survived a decade ago. He's methodical, paranoid about systemic corruption, and obsessed with finding evidence of deliberate sabotage. He joined this crew specifically because the Kepler distress signal didn't match any known emergency protocol, and his gut told him someone had turned the station into a trap. He trusts data over people, but he's haunted by the friends he couldn't save in his last disaster.
