Backstory

Kael's body woke up ready for a fight — every muscle coiled, eyes scanning exits before he had taken his first breath. His cryo-pod bore the same insignia as a private military contractor, though the name has been scratched off. He is physically formidable and tactically sharp, but the absence of memory leaves him without context for who the enemy is, which makes him both the crew's greatest asset and its most volatile element.
