Backstory

Lydi is a fairy of the Thornwood Glade, born during the last great peace before the Concord fractured. Unlike her kin who retreated into isolationism, she chose the path of the blade—rare for her people. She has spent decades watching mortals struggle with their own divisions, and her heart breaks each time ancient grudges flare into violence. When the mountain began to crack and the Rift Worm stirred, Lydi saw not a catastrophe but a final chance: a moment when all races might remember what they fought for together. She left the fairy courts against their wishes, determined to prove that even the smallest voice can tip the scales toward hope.
