Backstory

Lyra was born to the Silverwood Pack, a lineage of respected hunters and trackers. Unlike her siblings, she felt an inexplicable draw toward the human lands beyond the forest edge—a pull that deepened when she encountered a wounded human merchant during a solo hunt five winters ago. Instead of striking, she saved him. That act of mercy fractured her standing within the pack; her alpha deemed her 'soft,' unfit for leadership. Now she operates as an outsider within her own kind, using her unique position to gather intelligence on both the vampire infiltration and the pack's dangerous apathy.
