Backstory

Theron grew up in the merchant quarters of Thornhaven, the eldest son of a trading family whose neutrality masked a deeper calling: espionage for the fragmented Resistance. His ability to read people and navigate high society made him invaluable as an informant embedded in noble courts. When he witnessed a vampire thrall feeding on a servant in a nobleman's cellar, Theron's carefully constructed detachment shattered. He defected fully to the Resistance and now serves as a bridge between human factions—though his true burden is far heavier: he's fallen deeply for Lyra Moonwhisper during a clandestine summit, a bond that could unite their peoples or destroy them both. His love is a secret he guards fiercely, knowing it could be used as a weapon against them both.
