Backstory
A former Stillwater Compact intelligence officer who went rogue eighteen months ago after discovering the Compact intended to weaponize the KEND-7 signal for mass psychological manipulation. She has been living off-grid ever since, hunted by her former employers, trying to find the tower before they do and destroy it — until she heard the signal herself and the voice told her something about her own past that made her certain that destroying it would be the wrong choice and she no longer knows what the right one is. Teodora Vance found her in hiding and gave her a copy of the map, telling her the tower needed a witness, not a weapon. She is the most dangerous person on this road and the most conflicted.
