Brokk Ironmantle

Backstory

Brokk Ironmantle is a Kelvaran dwarf — one of the last of the deep-mountain clans who have lived in tunnels and caverns within the range for generations before the surface kingdoms were built. His clan's ancestral halls lie directly beneath Emberspire, and Ignareth's reawakening has sent heat and tremors into their tunnels, killing miners and collapsing centuries-old stonework. Brokk was sent to the surface by his clan elders with one mandate: find the source of the disturbance and end it, by any means necessary. He knows the mountain's interior better than any cartographer alive, but he harbors a secret — he has seen the Embershorn Covenant acolytes in the deep tunnels, and he has not yet told anyone.
