Backstory
An ancient elf who has served three dynasties of Velmor's kings as theological enforcer, Thalia is only now—after two centuries of loyal service—confronting evidence that the Covenant of Ashes has been systematically corrupted to enable the daughter-tribute. Her faith demands she act. Her longevity has taught her that institutions survive individuals, and she is not certain she wishes to survive this.
