About this adventure

A creeping curse has transformed the once-prosperous trading city of Ravenmoor into a necropolis. The dead walk at dusk, crops wither in their shadow, and a perpetual fog chokes the streets. Whispers speak of a pact broken centuries ago—a bargain made with forces that demand blood payment. The city's ruling council has begun offering gold to anyone who can discover the curse's source and break it before Ravenmoor becomes uninhabitable.

Prologue

A pall of smoke and fog smothers Ravenmoor. The once-proud city, a vital crossroads for traders and travelers, now festers under a creeping blight. Each dusk, the dead claw their way from shallow graves, their moans echoing through the dwindling streets, while the living huddle behind barricaded doors, praying for a dawn that brings no relief. The source of this torment remains shrouded in whispers and half-forgotten lore. Some speak of a bargain struck long ago, a debt now come due. Others claim the city's sins have finally called down divine wrath. Whatever the cause, Ravenmoor bleeds its last, and desperate souls seek any glimmer of hope in the encroaching darkness.
